Failed: no more information

When changing Program Status in Admin > Tags > Channel for “Event” result in this error, “Failed: no more information”.

Resolution resolution

“System mapping for Registered, Waitlisted, and Attended statuses is required.” Therefore, ensure the status is mapped to Registered, Waitlisted, and Attended.

Root Cause:
One or more of these statuses “Registered, Waitlisted, and/or Attended” were not mapped as required.
