Unable to hide field used in program that has already sent email
Description description
- Unable to remove a field from smart list as smart list shows to be un-editable.
Resolution resolution
- In order to remove the field from use, the only option is to delete the program as a whole. This will cause data lost for program members.
- Recommend to the customer that they delete the program to remove it from the field’s used by tab. If the customer pushes back and provides a business reason for needing to keep the program, escalate to Tier 3 to delete the asset dependency to the field.

- Smart list tied to an approved program that has already sent an email is not editable
