Smart list subscription is not delivered to the selected recipients

Description description

  • You have set a new active smartlist subscription according to the steps shown in our official documentation however when the time comes for the smartlist subscription to be sent out - your recipients checked their inbox and confirmed that no report subscription email has hit their mailbox.

Resolution resolution

  • Navigate to Admin > Login Settings
  • Click Edit for Smart List Report Settings.
  • Select NO to remove the requirement for a login to download reports.

Root Cause:

  • If the Secure Subscription Admin setting is set to Yes, only people with access to the Marketo instance will be able to download the report.
