Email Program remains with Status “running test” since it was first activated.

The status “Running Test” will remain there UNTIL you manually declare the Winner email. Root Cause:

The status “Running Test” will remain there UNTIL you manually declare the Winner email.

I have visited your Program and I can see that “Declare Winner” option was selected when setting up your program and, as you can see in our Marketo Docs https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/email-programs/email-program-actions/email-test-a-b-test/define-the-a-b-test-winner-criteria.html?lang=en, choosing Manual will send the test out and wait for you to declare a winner.

Only 447 people are available in Result tab, as it correspond to 10% of the total audience eligible to this Program, as also set up in your Email Program > View A/B test.
