FT to LC Velocity Field
Description description
If you’re wondering how to create a velocity report to understand how fast folks are getting exposed to your brand (FT) and then actually converting into a lead (LC) for the very first time, you’ll need to create this custom field and add it to your leads reporting. Please note that you may need your SFDC admin’s help to create new fields on Salesforce Objects.

In SFDC, click on Setup
>Customize>Leads>Fields

Click on New (Within your Fields)
>Formula

Name your Field Label “FT to LC Velocity”
>Select Number>Make it 4 Decimal Places

Insert the following formula into your Advance Formula Editor: bizible2__Touchpoint_Date_LC__c - bizible2__Touchpoint_Date_FT__c

Save the field into the appropriate SFDC profiles.
Before you add this new field into your reporting, you’ll need to add it to the specific report type you’ll be using the field on.
To do this, please go to Setup > Create > Report Types > Click on the appropriate report type > Edit Layout > Look for your newly created field and drag it to the desired object
Finally, click Save!
