Live Copy pages don’t publish when blueprint is activated or deactivated in AEMaaCS

In Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) – Sites, Live Copy target pages fail to publish automatically when the blueprint is activated or deactivated. This issue occurs on the 2025.09.22450 update. To resolve the issue, update your environment to the latest AEM release.

  • Product: Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) – Sites
  • Release: 2025.09.22450
  • Instances: Development, Staging, and Production

Issue/Symptoms

  • The Live Copy target pages aren’t published automatically when the blueprint is activated or deactivated.
  • The standard rollout configurations, such as Activate on Blueprint activation and Deactivate on Blueprint deactivation, fail to trigger publishing.

Resolution resolution

To resolve the issue, update your environment to a release later than 2025.09.22450, where Live Copy target pages publish automatically when the blueprint is activated or deactivated.

Note:

  • This issue occurred in release 2025.09.22450, was addressed by a hotfix in version 2025.09.22450, and was fully resolved in the subsequent major release.
  • If immediate publishing was needed before the fix, manually publish each Live Copy page.
