Limited campaign visibility in reports caused by delivery count threshold in Adobe Campaign Standard
In Adobe Campaign Standard, some business users can’t view specific monthly campaigns in the general Reports section when filtering by campaign name. This issue occurs for campaigns from May 2025 onward because the system limits the number of deliveries included in reporting queries. To resolve this, clean up older deliveries so the total count stays below the system threshold.
Description description
Environment
- Product: Adobe Campaign Standard
- Version: Not provided
- Constraint: Maximum of 10,000 delivery IDs per reporting query
Issue/Symptoms
- Business users with access to a specific operator group can view campaigns up to March or April 2025 in the Reports section.
- Campaigns for May, June, and later months don’t appear when filtered by campaign name.
- Admin users can view all campaigns without limitation.
- The issue doesn’t affect visibility within individual campaign reports; only general Reports are impacted.
Resolution resolution
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Review the total number of deliveries associated with affected organizational units, such as LATAM.
- Identify completed or failed deliveries older than two years that aren’t needed for reporting.
- Remove these older deliveries from the environment to align with standard data retention practices and reduce the total delivery count.
- After cleanup, verify that the remaining deliveries queried for reporting are below 10,000.
- Test report visibility as an affected business user by filtering on recent campaign names (for example,
MAYO_2025orJUNIO_2025) in the Reports section. - If the cleanup is successful in staging, repeat it in production as appropriate.
- Verify that all expected campaigns now appear in general Reports.
Notes:
- A long-term solution may require product changes to allow more flexible query limits or time-based filtering; timelines for such enhancements aren’t provided.
- Test cleanup in a non-production environment before applying changes broadly.
- This workaround addresses current system limitations but doesn’t change the underlying product design constraints.
