New Relic dashboard shows only AMS virtual machines (VMs) instead of AEMaaCS VMs in AEMaaCS
In AEMaaCS, the New Relic dashboard shows only AMS virtual machines (VMs) instead of AEMaaCS VMs. To fix this issue, update account setup and reset your New Relic password.
Description description
Environment
Product: Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service - Sites
Issue/Symptoms
- New Relic dashboard displays only AMS VM data when both AMS and AEMaaCS environments exist.
- With two separate accounts using the same login, the dashboard should show a dropdown in the upper right to select AMS or AEMaaCS.
Resolution resolution
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
-
Verify the account is correctly set up for New Relic access via Cloud Manager.
-
Activate the sub-account and add the account under Manage Users in Cloud Manager.
-
Open a single incognito browser window to avoid cookie-related conflicts.
-
Log in to Cloud Manager.
-
Select the organization associated with the AEMaaCS program.
-
Navigate to the program overview page.
-
Click the “…” icon at the bottom of the Environments card.
-
Select Open New Relic and confirm access to the correct account linked to AEMaaCS.
-
If AMS VMs still appear instead of AEMaaCS VMs, and the selector is missing in the top-right corner of the New Relicdashboard:
- Reset the New Relic password using the recovery process.
- Log back in to New Relic via Cloud Manager.
- Verify if both AMS and AEMaaCS accounts are now visible.
