When subtitles are added to videos in AEM Assets UI, a metadata property is supposed to be added to the subtitle entry in crx/de:

< video.mp4> /subassets/< subtitle> .vtt/jcr:content/metadata/dc:format=text/vtt

this is prerequisite for the processing to happen on the subtirle and for it to be replicated to DMS7.

If this property is not being added automatically,

/system/console/configMgr

add an entry for

“text/vtt vtt”
