Error ALC-DSC-099-000 when importing LCA in AEM Forms

- Importing
.lcaapplication fails. - Error message appears in the logs:
ALC-DSC-099-000: com.adobe.livecycle.packmgr.PackageManagerException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error received while making Service call to AEM. Http Error code = 401
Resolution resolution
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
- Access the AEM web console configuration manager at
/lc/system/console/configMgr. - Locate the Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK configuration and verify that the server URL (host and port), username (such as
administrator), and password are correct. Save your changes. - Verify that the correct hostname and port are set under the JVM argument -
Dcom.adobe.livecycle.crx.integration.url. Update this value if necessary using thehttps://hostname:portnoformat and restart the server. - Log in to AdminUI and go to Home
>Services>Applications and Services>Service Management. - Open CRXIntegrationService : 1.0 and confirm that the Experience Management Server URL points to the correct server URL and port.
- After completing all configuration updates, retry importing the
.lcafile into AEM.
