“Quick Publish” button missing in AEM Cloud Service due to renamed administrator profile

Issue/Symptoms
- The Quick Publish and Manage Publish buttons do not appear for all users assigned to the Administrator cloud product profile across all Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service environments (Development, Staging, Production).
- New content cannot be published causing disruption to scheduled promotional activities.
Resolution resolution
This behavior is expected in AEM as a Cloud Service. The Administrator role has fixed permissions and configurations, including access to the Quick Publish button.
If access is needed, consider creating a new user profile with appropriate permissions.
Steps to restore the original profile name:
- Access the Adobe Admin Console and navigate to Insights

Recover and restore the original profile name for AEM Administrators in all environments (Development, Staging, Production).
