Unable to remove inactive users from AEM Cloud user groups and workflows

In Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) – Sites, deactivated users in the Identity Management System (IMS) continue to receive workflow email notifications. These users remain part of AEM user groups even after being removed from IMS groups via the Adobe Admin Console. To resolve the issue, manually delete deactivated users from AEM groups.
