Brand Portal errors in Publish server logs

When you see similar errors in the logs of the AEM publish servers:

com.day.cq.dam.asset.sourcing.impl.poller.AssetImportInitiatorPoller Couldn't fetch new import events from bp instance {}
com.day.cq.dam.asset.sourcing.impl.AssetImportHelper No replication agents found for tenant

This means that there’s a Brand Portal Cloud Service configuration on that Publish server. To resolve this, remove the /conf/global/settings/cloudconfig folder from the Publish server.

There are 2 log entries similar to these that occur in production publishers:

com.day.cq.dam.asset.sourcing.impl.poller.AssetImportInitiatorPoller Couldn’t fetch new import events from bp instance {}
com.day.cq.dam.asset.sourcing.impl.AssetImportHelper No replication agents found for tenant …

These services aren’t supposed to run in Publish servers, but only in the Author server.

Remove the following folder from the publisher(s):

/conf/global/settings/cloudconfig
