Issue/Symptoms

  • AEM Forms fails to generate or flatten PDFs using form templates and parsed data.

  • System logs show font-related errors during PDF generation.

  • Error message in logs:

    *ALC-OUT-002-013: XMLFormFactory, PAexecute failure: “0 : Failed to locate Adobe Font information. Please check your Adobe Font location settings.”
