In Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), when adding or updating IP allow lists in Cloud Manager, the Save button remains disabled, or changes aren’t applied after clicking Update. To fix this, ensure the correct input method is used and follow specific troubleshooting steps to enable saving and updating IP allow list entries.

Resolution resolution
This issue is caused by UI behavior in Cloud Manager where the Save button only activates after pressing the Enter key in the IP address input field. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
-
Ensure your account has either the Deployment Manager or Business Owner role assigned.
-
Clear your browser cache and try the action again.
-
When adding or updating an IP allow list:
- Type the desired IP address into the input field.
- Press the Enter key to activate the Save button.
-
If the issue persists, try the following:
- Delete and recreate the affected IP allow list with the required details.
- Ensure no pipelines are running in Cloud Manager while performing updates.
- Use Cloud Manager’s API to update or delete entries if UI actions remain blocked.
Following these steps enables successful addition or updates to IP allow lists in Cloud Manager.
