Resolution resolution

To configure a custom domain for Dynamic Media asset delivery:

  1. Obtain an EV or OV SSL certificate for the custom domain.
  2. Add a CNAME entry in your DNS provider that maps the custom domain to cdn.adobeaemcloud.com.
  3. Upload the SSL certificate to Cloud Manager.
  4. Add the custom domain to Cloud Manager.
  5. Go to the environment details page in Cloud Manager.
  6. Add a CDN configuration and select Delivery in the Tier field.
  7. Confirm that the CDN configuration status updates to Applied.
  8. Select Go live readiness from the options menu and follow the instructions.
  9. Open a support ticket and assign Deployment Manager status to the advising engineer when requested.
