Resolution resolution
To configure a custom domain for Dynamic Media asset delivery:
- Obtain an EV or OV SSL certificate for the custom domain.
- Add a CNAME entry in your DNS provider that maps the custom domain to
cdn.adobeaemcloud.com
. - Upload the SSL certificate to Cloud Manager.
- Add the custom domain to Cloud Manager.
- Go to the environment details page in Cloud Manager.
- Add a CDN configuration and select Delivery in the Tier field.
- Confirm that the CDN configuration status updates to Applied.
- Select Go live readiness from the options menu and follow the instructions.
- Open a support ticket and assign Deployment Manager status to the advising engineer when requested.
