Clear dispatcher cache at scheduled time in AEMaaCS

- Dispatcher cache must flush at a specific time (For example, 04:00 PM Paris time).
- Scheduled publication of destination pages requires a cache refresh.
- Manual intervention is not feasible during live deployments.
Resolution resolution
To clear the cache, follow these steps:
- Define an environment variable in the Cloud Manager configuration to trigger a pod restart.
- Schedule and deploy the configuration change through Cloud Manager at the required time.
- The deployment restarts the Kubernetes pods, which automatically clears the Dispatcher cache.
