Resolution resolution

The queue configuration recommendation applies only if RabbitMQ is installed and enabled in your environment. If RabbitMQ isn’t in use, the recommendation doesn’t apply.

To check if RabbitMQ is installed and active:

  1. Use a package management tool to check if rabbitmq-server is installed and retrieve its version by running dpkg -s rabbitmq-server | grep 'Version:.
  2. If the command indicates that the package is not installed, it confirms that RabbitMQ is not active in your environment.
