Resolution resolution
With the removal of the Update menu in AEM as a Cloud Service, automatic updates are now fully managed by Adobe. To maximize the benefits of automatic updates and continuous access to the latest AEM versions, integrate automated functional tests into your CI/CD pipelines. These tests validate critical business functionality before deployment, helping prevent regressions and reduce risk. If a critical test fails, the rollout is automatically blocked—ensuring stability, reliability, and safe adoption of new releases.
