Payment methods not displayed on checkout with multiple addresses
This article explains that most payment methods aren’t shown at checkout when multiple shipping addresses are used, because only Cybersource supports this feature.
Note: The core Adobe Commerce Cybersource payment integration is deprecated since 2.3.3 and will be completely removed in 2.4.0. Use the official extension from marketplace instead.

Issue/Symptoms
When customers use multiple shipping addresses at checkout, most payment methods don’t appear. Only Cybersource supports this feature.
Prerequisites:
In the Commerce Admin, enable and configure both PayPal and Cybersource payment methods. Also, enable multishipping for your store.
Steps to reproduce:
- On the storefront, add multiple products to the cart.
- Go to the shopping cart page and click Check Out with Multiple Addresses.
- Log in or create an account.
- On the Ship to Multiple Addresses page, split the products between addresses and click Go to Shipping Information.
- Select shipping methods for each shipment and click Continue to Billing Information.
Expected result:
PayPal and Cybersource appear as available payment options.
Actual result:
Only Cybersource appears as an available payment option.
Resolution resolution
Cause
As of version 2.2.4, Cybersource is the only supported live payment method for multishipping checkout. Support for other payment methods will likely be added one at a time. There are no confirmed release dates or version numbers yet.
