PDF and AI Assets Failed to Process in Dynamic Media from AEM
When a PDF fails to process at the DMS7 side or in the DMC UI, this means the PDF is, to some extent, incompatible with the PDF processing engine configured in DM backoffice.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Resolution resolution
When you get this error, it means the PDF uploaded is incompatible with the processing engine.
First try to change the PDF processing engine in the DMC backoffice >
admin >
company settings >
scene7 internal settings >
PDF Settings >
PDF Agent Selection: PDFL Library Jar (This can only be configured by Support/Engineering).
Then re-upload/re-process the PDF.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then open up the PDF in question in Acrobat professional, and run some preflights on it to make it better compatible with the PDF standard.
