Unable to view targeting and workflow tab in Campaign Classic

Issue/Symptoms

  • The Targeting and Workflow tab is not visible in the campaign. For example:
  • Occurs because the option under campaign template properties Functionalities used in the campaign  is not enabled.

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps

  1. Check the campaign template associated with the campaign.
  2. Open the campaign template.
  3. Go to  Edit, then click  Advance campaign parameters.
  4. Under  Configuration, s elect the value as Yes against  Targeting and workflows.
