Content fragments not included in AEM Assets license

Issue/Symptoms
You can’t access or create content fragments in AEM Assets. The feature is unavailable because content fragments require an AEM Sites entitlement, not included in the AEM Assets license.
Resolution resolution
Content fragments aren’t part of the AEM Assets license. To access this feature, you need an AEM Sites entitlement.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Review your current licensing agreement to check if AEM Sites is included.
- Upgrade or modify your subscription to add AEM Sites if needed.
