Video closed captions feature in Dynamic Media Classic

You’re trying to implement subtitle functionality per this documentation video, but can’t see the Captions & Audio Tracks tab in the video properties:
Resolution resolution
In an OOTB AEM as a Cloud Service instance, a few conditions should be fulfilled for the Captions & Audio Tracks tab to show up for a video:
- The folder the video is uploaded into should be synchronized to DMS7.
- A Video profile should be applied to that folder
- The processing of that video should be completed after the above 2 conditions are met.
If the tab still won’t show up, the UI might have been customized preventing the tab from appearing, and that customization would need to be updated to include the Captions &Audio Tracks tab.
