Issue/Symptoms
When using the Firefox browser on both Windows and iOS devices, there is an issue with the Single Sign-On (SSO) login process. This issue does not occur in other browsers such as Chrome or Safari, where SSO functions correctly.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to the Author platform using SSO.
- Navigate to Sites.
- Select a page and click Edit.
- Observe the redirection to the login page, followed by a delay of around 5 seconds before the content appears.

Adjust Browser Privacy Settings:
- Open Firefox and navigate to Settings.
- Go to the Privacy & Security section.
- Locate Browser Privacy, which is typically set to Standard.
- Change this setting from Standard to Custom.
- In the Cookies dropdown that becomes visible, change from Cross-site tracking cookies, and isolate other cross-site cookies to allow for Cookies from unvisited websites.
- Close and restart Firefox for changes to take effect.

Clear Cache and Cookies:
- Open Developer Console by pressing F12 or right-clicking anywhere on a webpage then selecting Inspect.
- Navigate to Network tab in Developer Tools.
- Check Disable cache option while Developer Tools are open.
- Reload your page; alternatively delete all cookies related specifically if persistent issues remain post-cache clearing.
