AEP Data Collection: Web SDK permissions needed to create rules using API

Issue/Symptoms

A system admin is unable to create Launch (Tags) rules despite being able to look up properties, rules and data elements in tags through the reactor API. Attempting to create a launch rule using API throws a 404 error message.

Resolution resolution

Note that permissions aren’t inherited. In this case, you actually need Product admin permissions/Developer permissions for the Adobe Data Collection card in the Admin Console.
