Directory creation after upgrading to Campaign Classic v8

Adobe Campaign Classic v8 (ACC v8)

Issue

The path of the workflows used to exchange data files isn’t reproduced as per the v7 instance, after upgrading to v8.

This results in errors where workflows are unable to locate necessary folders:

Resolution resolution

For hosted environments, raise a support ticket for the Adobe’s infrastructure team to manually add the path, as it isn’t possible to rebuild the entire structure.
