Issue

Web analytics are getting connection failure for Adobe Analytics when connecting to web analytics external connections.

And below is the error message:

Cannot process request for method 'updateSegmentStatus'. Error Message: 'AnalyticsAPIException: received 429,Too Many Requests, {"error_code":"429050","message":"Too many requests"}ANC-930017 Please retry next request after a minimum time-interval of '3.0s''.

Resolution resolution

Cause:
The analytics connector issue occurred due to a lack of access rights on calculated metrics
Solution:
Provide the admin access to the correct techid which will help fix the issue.
