JST-310034 Function logonEscalation used by ‘Anonymous account’  error appears multiple times in the web log. Update Adobe Campaign Classic to version 7.3.2 or above to fix the issue.

Adobe Campaign Classic v7.2.2 (ACC v7.2.2)

Issue

The web process log has the following error written multiple times:

JST-310034 Function logonEscalation used by ‘Anonymous account’ to become ‘Interaction account (interaction)’ (context=rvletContext).

Resolution resolution

While this error is not causing any functional issues, it pollutes the log. A fix has been added starting with version 7.3.2 to no longer have the log written unless the process has verbose enabled.

Upgrade Adobe Campaign Classic to version 7.3.2 or above to resolve the error.
