Environment

Adobe Experience Manager Assets 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 (AEM Assets 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3)

Issue/Symptoms

When a Tiff file with ZIP compression format is being uploaded to AEM Assets, no renditions are generated.

Resolution resolution

  1. Navigate to the AEM Workflow Console by entering your instance URL in the format: https://< your-aem-host> :< port> /workflow.
  2. Open the DAM (Digital asset management) update Asset workflow model.
  3. Double click the EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) thumbnails (powered by ImageMagick) step.
  4. Select the Arguments tab.
  5. Add image/tiff to the list of Mime Types (refer to image below [ 1] )
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save on the top left of the workflow model page to save. [ 1]
