Adobe Campaign Classic V7 (ACC v7)
Issue/Symptoms
nlserver startup failure after RedHat upgrade to version 8.9.
After upgrading RedHat from version 7.9 to version 8.9, the nlserver fails to start and shows the following error message:
nlenv[ 786882] : nlserver: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.50: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
systemd[ 1] : nlserver.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=127
systemd[ 1] : nlserver.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
systemd[ 1] : Failed to start Adobe Campaign Classic service.
Resolution resolution
To resolve the issue, install the appropriate version of nlserver designed specifically for RedHat 8.
Access all available nlserver versions by visiting the Adobe Campaign Classic Downloads page.
For any other errors, please raise a support ticket with Adobe Customer Care.
Cause:
The issue occurs when the nlserver version that is compatible with RedHat 8.9 version is not installed.
