Currently there is no feature to add a rule in Fastly CDN to redirect to maintenance pages hosted elsewhere for AEM.

Trying to add a rule in Fastly CDN to redirect to maintenance pages hosted elsewhere e.g. AWS whenever AEMaaCS is unavailable.
