Issue/Symptoms
Unable to log into Adobe Campaign Classic v7 after updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Getting the following error:
Cannot retrieve the proxy address using WinHTTP: initialization not completed.

Registry error: Unable to find key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Neolane\NL_5\nlclient\
Resolution resolution
Opening the client console as Administrator fixes the issue.
- Go to start, and on the Adobe client icon, Run as Administrator. It will create a key in the path and fix the error.
Key created in the path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Neolane
