ACC: Push notification tokens not received in MKT (marketing) server

If you have an Adobe Campaign Classic issue where push notification tokens are not received in MKT (marketing) server, restart the web server process, and the token should be retrieved successfully in Campaign.

Adobe Campaign Classic v7 (ACC v7)

Issue/Symptoms

Push notification tokens are not being received in the MKT (marketing) server.

NOTE: This can also apply to on-premises MKT (marketing) instance configurations.

Resolution resolution

Restart the web server process, and the token should be retrieved successfully in Campaign.

Cause

The web server process was not responding nor running.
