Issue/Symptoms

You are not able to log in to the Campaign Classic client console on some systems. You get the following error:

XTK-170092 The expression on a condition of the query is too complex.

Resolution resolution

Since the issue is machine-specific, a hard cache clear has to be performed on the machine when the issue occurs. Follow the steps mentioned in How to perform Hard Cache Clear when the issues are Machine-specific or User-specificin Campaign Classic v7 documentation.
