Issue/Symptoms

When images on Remote DAM (Digital asset management) do not appear in site instances, an error indicates that permission to access /libs/dam/remoteassets/assets/dmconfigured is required.

Resolution resolution

The connectedassets-assets-techaccts group has the necessary permissions to add images on Remote DAM (Digital asset management). Add the site authors to the connectedassets-assets-techaccts group in the site’s instance to show the images.
