The layout template can be applied in four ways: User profile, Job Role, Home Team, and Home Group. Follow the steps below to create a view in the User’s area, showing all the applied layout templates in one location.

Steps to create a view:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Users, select the View icon, and click on the +New View. (Optional: an existing view can be used and edited to contain the column listed in the steps below as well as any other desired columns.)

  2. In the View setup area, add four new columns by selecting +Add Column and search for the term layout template. The ones to select in this view will be:

    • User > Layout Template ID
    • Job Role > Layout Template ID
    • Home Team > Layout Template ID
    • Home Group Layout Template ID
  3. With the above columns, the View will show the layout templates by ID. To switch the ID to show the names of the layout templates, skip to Step 5.

  4. To save the View with the IDs, enter a name for the View in the top left field and click Save View. If editing an existing view, select Save as New View, enter a name for the View in the field in the pop-up window, and click Save View.

  5. To switch the Layout Template columns from ID to name, each column needs to be switched to Text Mode by clicking on the column header and selecting Switch to Text Mode. The needed text mode for each column is listed below and can be copied and pasted into the Text Mode window:

    • User > Layout Template ID

      • valuefield=uiTemplate:name
      • querysort=uiTemplateID
      • valueformat=HTML
      • displayname=
      • linkedname=direct
      • namekey=uiTemplateID
    • Job Role > Layout Template ID
