AJO’s email tracking statistics indicate a significant discrepancy between clicks and unique opens in our transactional email journey. This click volume seems highly improbable and raises concerns about its accuracy.

Resolution resolution

This is an expected behavior if the URL field contains a value that is not considered a valid URL. The following screenshot is an illustration:

To avoid discrepancy between clicks and unique opens in a similar situation, include the static URL part in the email and provide the dynamic part via the event attribute.
