Issue/Symptoms

When initiating the campaign workflow, the following error occurs: “Only one workflow can be configured per marketing campaign.”, even though the workflow functions normally outside the campaign context.


The error surfaces exclusively within the campaign execution.



The error occurred due to the selection of “Re-marketing” in the campaign properties’ nature field.

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, set the nature property to “Not Specified”.
