HTTP connection shows expired error

Issue/Symptoms

When displaying the database update wizard,  "HTTP connection expired" error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the Database update wizard > "HTTP connection expired error" is displayed.

Resolution resolution

Solution:
Perform a soft cache clear and a hard cache clear following the steps from below documentation:

Cause:
The error is caused by an old user local cache.
