Issue/Symptoms

Event types are stuck in Pending status even though there is no infrastructure issue, MTA is working fine, and no long-running queries.

Steps to reproduce:

In Adobe Campaign Classic, create and send deliveries.
After the analysis and preparation phases are completed, deliveries are stuck in the Pending status and not sent to the recipient.
The same events are sent successfully when using a different sender domain.

Resolution resolution

The sender domain used to send those stuck events must be authorized in the RT Instance.
