Issue/Symptoms

Addresses are quarantined randomly without reason or log info.

Steps to reproduce:

Send deliveries and observe that multiple recipient addresses are quarantined randomly.

Resolution resolution

Check if the  Momentum service has been enabled recently on the instance and review the value option for FeatureFlag_InboundMomentum. It needs to be set to 1 if Momentum has been enabled.

Cause

Momentum service might have been enabled recently.
