Campaign: Cannot see email in delivery activity DCE mode

If you cannot see an email in the delivery activity DCE Mode, it is likely that WebView2Mode in the server configuration has been reset to 0.

Issue/Symptoms

The DCE mode scroll bar stops you from seeing the full email in delivery activity. Once you close the window, you see the following error in the Adobe Campaign Client console:

The graphical component ‘source’ has generated an error.

Resolution resolution

To resolve the issue, submit a ticket requesting that the WebView2Mode server configuration be reset to 1.

Cause

Option WebView2Mode in the server configuration was reset to 0.
