Workflow alerts not sent to users from supervisor group

Adobe Campaign Standard 22.x

Issue/Symptoms

In Adobe Campaign Standard, when a workflow fails or needs attention, it is required to send an alert to users who are part of the supervisor group. But users part of the supervisor group are not receiving these workflow alert notifications.

Resolution resolution

Check the quarantine list and remove users from there.

Cause

Users/email addresses are quarantined.
