Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Issue/Symptoms

If attempting to publish the journey, you see the following error:  An error occurred while attempting the journey publication with a link to Learn more.

When selecting  Learn more, a new window appears which will contain the following error message:
"errorCode\":\"ERR_AUTHORING_JOURNEYVERSION_100\",\"error\":\"Can’t publish inline message ‘«REDACTED»’.

Resolution resolution

Modify the offer or use another offer with no tracked links. Refer to Manage offers in the Journey Optimizer Guide for steps on checking the properties of your offer.
Cause
The offer has tracked links in it. Tracked URLs in offers are not supported.
