Issue/Symptoms

Unable to get data from Adobe Analytics in Power BI desktop, although authentication succeeds with Business ID.

Resolution resolution

Try signing in using your default web browser.

Follow these steps to change the Authentication Browser in Power BI:

  1. Go to File > Options and settings > Options > GLOBAL > Security > Authentication Browser.
  2. Enable the Use my default web browser option.

Cause

It may be due to cache in the authentication window for Power BI.
