Launches page is not loading.

Resolution resolution

To delete a node using the command line, use cURL as explained here Using cURL with AEM in AEM 6.5 guide.

For e.g.: curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <Local Development Token>" -X DELETE <instance url><path to node>

Please test in a lower environment, such as DEV first, after identifying the node in Repository Browser under:
