Published site is not loading CSS properly on publisher

If the CSS of a site created using a Standard AEM Site Template is not displaying correctly go to the Configuration Browser.

Issue
After creating and publishing a site using the Standard AEM Site Template 2.1.1, the CSS of the site is not being displayed properly on the publisher (on the author it is displayed normally).

Resolution resolution

Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

After the site is created and published, navigate to AEM Tools » General » Configuration Browser.
In the Configuration Browser, select and publish the site (created from the Standard Template).
The CSS of the site should now be properly displayed on the publisher.
