Issue/Symptoms

The “Targeting and Workflow” tab is not visible in the campaign. For example:


Resolution resolution

This issue occurs because the option under campaign template properties “Functionalities used in the campaign” is not enabled. To resolve this -

  • Check the campaign template associated with the campaign.
  • Open the campaign template.
  • Go to Edit, then click  Advance campaign parameters.
  • Under  Configuration, s elect the value as Yes against Targeting and workflows.
