Issue/Symptoms

The “Targeting and Workflow” tab is not visible in the campaign. For example:

This issue occurs because the option under campaign template properties “Functionalities used in the campaign” is not enabled. To resolve this -

Check the campaign template associated with the campaign.
Open the campaign template.
Go to Edit, then click Advance campaign parameters.
Under Configuration, s elect the value as Yes against Targeting and workflows.
