Enable/activate classification for Mobile App dimensions

Learn how to activate classifications in Customer Journey Analytics. You need Product Administrator rights to enable App Reporting.

Issues/Symptoms

While accessing Mobile Classifications under Report Suite Manager  > App Management > App Classification, you see the following message:

This feature has not been enabled for this report suite. Please contact your customer support representative to enable it.

Resolution resolution

Pre-requisites: Product Administrator rights

Enable App Reporting by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to Analytics > Admin > Report suite, and select the desired report suite. Go to Edit Settings > App Management > App Reporting in Report Suite Manager.
  2. Click Enable Latest App Reports. Based on your requirements, you can also enable others.
  3. A confirmation ping pops up after it is enabled.
  4. After some time, log in to the Adobe Analytics again, and the Mobile App Classification page will be available (go to Edit Settings > App Management > App Classifications).
